About PTPivot
PTPivot is an integrated project management platform built specifically for post-tensioning subcontractors. It brings tender tracking, project lifecycle management and day-to-day field operations into one system, so estimators, project engineers, site supervisors and accounts teams all work from the same live information instead of disconnected spreadsheets.
From the first tender enquiry through to final retention release, PTPivot keeps every stage connected. Estimators price tenders with tendon schedules, material quantities, man-hour templates and locked supplier rates. When a tender is won, it converts directly into a project carrying its tonnage, budgets and allowances across. Site teams then log daily activity sheets, clock in against the correct site with GPS verification, complete QA checklists for stressing and grouting, and request inspections, while the office tracks progress claims, variations, material deliveries, stock and plant calibrations in real time.
PTPivot is designed for Australian post-tensioning contractors of all sizes, from small crews running a handful of jobs to multi-project businesses that need weekly payroll-ready timesheets, fiscal-year financial reporting and controlled team access across roles. Each organisation's data is fully isolated, and access is invitation-only.
PTPivot focuses on software that reflects how post-tensioning work is estimated, scheduled, installed and claimed.
